Ok so this place despite being in the airport is clearly scamming away clients I ordered a green juice, a latte and a sweet bread; in that order over a lapse of time of 2h. First, half of the menu was not available- like no panini, no burgers and no juices(beside orange and green) nor smoothies. Second the staff was annoyed every time they came repeatedly to me to pressure me to order food and I asked for a drink only. There is no minimum consumption per time indicated (I checked since I planned to stay longer), but they will really make you feel pressured. Third the food was disappointing the roll was excessively sweet and dry. Last, the scam came when I asked for the bill, I paid and left a 10% tip despite the bad service. However I have an habit of always asking for the detail bill. The waiter brought the detailed bill and tried to take away the menu . Turned out that the waiter (Julio) charged me a cafe latte off menu for a price of 99 instead of 85 (see pictures). I complained and asked for a refund of the difference as well as tip and he handed me 10 pesos. I had to ask again for the difference and involve the manager but they only gave back the 4 pesos additional and kept the tip. I was then asked to leave. I know this is a franchise so hopefully higher management does something about this kind of situation

Was not a big fan, but unfortunately it's better than other restaurants in that section of the airport. I ordered a salad, but the waiter came back to tell me they were out if salads. Not sure how that happens. I then ordered a prosciutto sandwich. The waiter suggested that I add avocado, which of course is extra. When the food arrived, the chips (made there) would have been pretty good, but were clearly made with rancid oil. The avocado was not very fresh and should have been served a day or two earlier. Other than that, the sandwich was pretty good. When I asked for the check, the waiter tried to take my card and charge it somewhere else. In Mexico, it is customary for security purposes for the waiter to bring a remote card reader to the table and process the payment there. My waiter stated that they couldn't charge me at the table because I needed a pin for my credit card. I simply responded that I wanted to pay at the table using a remote terminal. He responded that he would bring one, which he did, and there was no problem... so the whole thing was very suspicious.

Urban Corner? More like Rip Off Corner. The prices at this establishment are laughably expensive. Our experience started with a waiter coming to our table with a cocktail cart and asking us if we would like a cocktail. Sounds like a great idea after 2 amazing weeks in Mexico! Did he mention the price? No. Did he offer us a double shot? Yes. Did we accept the double shot without knowing the price? Yes. Did we pay more for 2 margaritas than for 3 bottles of Duty Free alcohol? YES. Our waiter was so persistent, coming by our table pushing sales on us. In the end we had 4 beers, 2 margaritas and 1 guacamole and it was $1600mx. The service was clearly sales driven, unclear and built on deceiving customers. Do NOT recommend this awfully overpriced and disappointing establishment.

At the Mexico City Terminal one airport bought an expensive roast beef sandwich at the Urban Corner to share with my Wife on the flight back to Phoenix. Both the bun and the beef were dry and tasteless as my Wife and I shared the sandwich on the flight a few hours after the purchase. After arriving at Phoenix and then making the two hour drive home, I became sick (thankfully it did not happen on the plane) and I remained sick for another week. Was it the roast beef sandwich? The symptoms started a few hours after eating it,, so I'll leave the conclusion at that. ///// 3/8/24 Addition to comments; I apologize for the slow response to the reply from Urban Corner. I did not see their response in a gmail until today and I could not find anyway to personally respond to the Urban Edge except on this review. . I do not like to leave negative reviews, but whether it was this sandwich, or something else, returning home to being sick was our only, and a very low point to a great week that we spent in Puebla, Mexico. We purchased the roast beef sandwich the afternoon of January 23rd, but in the Urban Corner's defense we did not eat it until a few hours later when we were on the plane, though the sandwich was kept wrapped and in a bag until we ate it. We did have fruit and tea that morning in Puebla about 12 hours before we became sick back in Arizona, so as I said in my first review, I cannot definitely say how we became sick except that it started a few hours after we ate...

Shameful. As a disabled person, I have never been treated so badly in my life. I have orthopedic disabilities and was traveling for receive surgeries. Upon arrival after security check, I asked to be seated in a booth because I cannot sit in low metal chairs. The first employee said in 5 minutes I could once one opened up. Obviously acceptable. Then later another worker took me to share another booth. Worth a try. I had to extend my legs out of the booth because it was shared and there was no room. And this was very uncomfortable and painful, also causing an obstacle to the people walking through. So I asked an employee if I could sit in one of the few booths which had opened up. She said yes. In pain, I got up to move with my luggage and as I was walking there, another employee came up on my path and rudely said “No!” I said another employee had allowed me. He raised his voice again to say “No!”. Angrily. What a vile, vile, vile human being. He sees me with my cane and luggage trying to limp (I cannot use wheel chairs because of my hips), and he still made me limp out of the restaurant. In the meantime, everyone else was rude except the female and she just told the rude man to let me for half an hour. Which he denied. I’m still a human being. I can’t say the same for these workers. Maybe I should be provided a booth SIMILAR to have a few other alone customers had. I’d understand if they were near full. I am beyond disgusted. 0...

The food was quiet expensive. I ordered just 4 tacos and a beer and it came to almost 600 pesos with tip. The beer was 99 pesos and the cup was dirty, but just on the outside and they were very busy so I didn’t complain about it , the bottle of water at my table was also already open. The tacos were 494 pesos. The Al pastor was the best and tasty, but I was unable to finish the steak tacos. After finishing my meal I waited for a long time and then they came and picked up my food. I then waited for the check but no check ever came. One lady sitting beside me got the attention of server and asked for the check. It never came. I was approached by a server asking if everything was okay and then I again said yea and asked for the check. The check didn’t come so I proceeded to get up. I have a flight to catch and the time was approaching. I was the pointed to and told to come to the counter to pay. Nobody else was asked to do this. Everyone else’s check was brought to their table for them to pay. And as I stand here now I am seeing the checks being brought to everyone’s table. So I am confused why I specifically could not pay at the table. Then I was asked to give a tip amount. Tip is based on service provided! It is not a requirement. I just wanted to pay and get out in time for my flight so I signed it and left in a hurry. All together I paid about 600 pesos and the service nor food was worth the...
