Terrible service!! I arrived with my family to have breakfast while I was waiting for my flight and the man who greet costumers at the entrance looked in a bad mood and didn’t greet us. Then they gave us the most remote table of the place, because they said they had to fill the area below first and then the tables above (but it has to do with classism and racism). Then we ordered and there were things that never arrived. My dad ordered a croissant that never arrived, I ordered a plate of fruit with cottage cheese for breakfast (that they are already cut and serve) and took an hour to arrive and I only got it because I reminded them about my order and last but not least, my mom ordered a glass of water that she never got. Water! We complained to the staff and it seemed like they cared very little, since they are the closest option to the gate of terminal one. So it's with them or you walk more or you don’t eat. In other words, they take advantage of their location. I think the one in the departure waiting room is better (because they have more competition so they have to be)
My recommendation? Walk a little bit farther, there are better restaurants (Mexican restaurants) that will treat you much better. That or don't tip them. Like me, I didn't tip them. Tips are something that the service has to earn for a good service, let them earn it at least. Shouldn’t be something that you give...

When we got to the restaurant the wait was not very long, we were seated withi minutes. However, when we placed our order our waiter forgot to provide salad dressing our for salads and failed to check on us periodically.
Since he never checked in with us, we had to either flag him down to make additional requests or give our request to other members. For instance, our flight was able to start boarding and we needed our check but our waiter had not returned to our table since dropping off our food so I had to ask another waiter for it. Apparently, that person either did not tell our waiter or our waiter forgot after being told because I had to request my check again.
Then after getting my check (at which time the waiter was prompting me for a tip) and giving my card, I had to wait another 5-10mins for my card to be returned despite the fact that my waiter was just simply standing at the bar.
Considering this is an airport and everyone is waiting for flights, I would think that the wait staff would offer more...
