Incredibly slow service and cold tortillas. We waited forever to order, then they never came back to get our drink orders when they said they'd come right back. When our food finally arrived it was cold and they didn't bring us plates, forks or knives. It was impossible to get a waiter's attention to ask for service. The food was pretty good and the view of the mountain is wonderful, however, the service and the staff have a lot of room for improvement. They're not very efficient. Asistimos a celebrar el cumple de mi mamá, queríamos conocer más porciones de las parrilladas para saber cuántas teníamos que pedir y nos alcanzara a todos los asistentes. El mesero fue muy amable, se ofreció a mostrarnos el plato donde se servían sus distintas parrilladas para que pudiéramos ver el tamaño del mismo y calculáramos la porcion pero la gerente se acercó super déspota y nos trató como tontos diciendo que era por gramaje y que era obvio que un kilo tenía 1000 gramos (el gramaje no estaba en el menú, así como tampoco indicaban que del kilo, solo pueden darte máximo 300 gramos de cecina). A pesar de su actitud, decidimos continuar ahí, pasar un rato agradable. Cuando fuimos al sanitario la escuchamos quejándose de nosotros en voz super alta y en un tono bastante burlón, diciendo que no nos iba a enseñar hasta el plato de la sopa. 🙄. Se notó demasiado que su intención era que la escucháramos pero al salir y encontrarnos con ella, evitaba vernos y solo se agachaba.
