I have been in the area for a month now and this was hands down the worst dining experience I can even remember. I should always check reviews first. My wife ordered a ham and cheese omelette which came cold not just Luke warm but fridge cold. She cut it in half and we brought it to our servers attention he took the plate and put it in the microwave and brought back the same omelette. My French toast was mediocre at best when I refused to pay for the omelette (we did not touch it) and asked for the check we ended up paying almost $10.00 us for two waters and five pieces of toast. The manager asked us how everything was as we were leaving and we told him how displeased we were and he said so what I don’t care which is why I am taking time to write this detailed review. There are so many good places why would you waste your time here. I wonder if the manager realizes he still did not sell that plate of food and had he done the right thing and made us another omelette he would have sold that plate of food and maybe got a good review. I wonder if that omelette was an earlier mistake and came out of the...

Nice little joint, beachside and close to the central plaza.

I stopped in for lunch, and I'll be honest: the food was less than spectacular (Though very reasonably priced!).

The (complimentary) chips were very stale, and the pico de gallo, while very flavorful and spicy, was pretty watery. I had a fried fish sandwich. It was a large portion, but lacked seasoning.

But the atmosphere, and the service, and the friendly staff, and the view more than make up for it! They are all top-notch.

I get the impression this is a place where las turistas come for drinks. In fact, I can see that this would be a great place to have a few cold ones while watching the sun fall into the Pacific.

One thing they have that I don't see as much of: There's a "salon" area just inside from the street. Sofas and comfy chairs would be great for kicking back at the end of the day and ply one's sunburn with alcohol (administered orally, of course!) at the...

I used the beach area during my visit.

The food was ok, but . Just to let you know that when I asked for salsa to have with my meal they brought me bottles of sauce..Not even home made salsa..., the service was bad because it was a new person and I get it, but not even napkins with your meal ?? Or check on you if you need anything else..

Also, they wanted to charge me over 120 pesos more, until I asked for the receipt and no more extra charge. Except, they included the bad service on the receipt..

Would I ever sit in that...

The food was was really good. Hot and tasty beef fajitas, very good chips and tortillas. The service was friendly and attentive. Beware of beach vendors who will interrupt your dining experience. The restaurant does not discourage them from doing so. US traveler warning: Bring PESOS, not dollars! The restaurant has their own exchange rate and you'll get a very BAD deal if you pay with dollars.

This place seems to be hit and miss! Past reviews are inline with our experience. We were taking a stroll in the town and decided to stop by here for lunch. Ordered Nachos with Beans and beers, Michelada and margarita. Nachos were ok, salsa was spicy and fresh. Beers were not cold. Michelada was horrible, we had to take the beer out and drink to salvage. Margarita was more like lime water
