If you’re looking for the best restaurant at Vidanta Nayarit, this is the place! We have tried several of Vidanta’s onsite dining options both t this one serves REAL chicken and soft bread!

We ordered the Watermelon Salad and Spinach and Red Berry salad, followed by Lemongrass Chicken breast. While the lemongrass wasn’t as powerful, the plate sported sauces on the top end of the plate, one of which tasted like a reduced soy sauce. The mushrooms and carrots were a refectory cooked and the quinoa was a nice compliment to the tender chicken breast.
