El Cafecito de Mita has a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and efficient service, but the food didn’t quite meet my expectations. I ordered takeout and there was a short line at the cashier. After a quick wait, I was able to place my order.
The Avocado toast had way too much cucumber which somehow overpowered any other taste with blandness. The Acai was good, with the coconut bits in there, but otherwise pretty standard. The same with the cinnamon roll, good, but didn't stand out from many other places. I really liked the banana and peanut butter toast, it was thick, full of peanut butter and a large chunk of banana and strawberries.

Everything I have tried has been great but those 3 are my favourites. Fun bonus: if it’s Saturday morning there is a fresh fruit stand served out of a car that parks out front (not associated with cafecito).
