I had an absolutely amazing experience at the restaurant with the best service I've encountered in a long time. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that the owner and staff put their souls and passion into the place by their genuine warmth and attentiveness. The décor was tastefully organic and light, reflecting the restaurant's philosophy of fresh and wholesome dining.

The food was excellent, and it was clear that the talented chef is not afraid to experiment and try new things. I was thoroughly impressed with the presentation, flavor, and creativity of each dish. The ingredients were clearly fresh and perfectly cooked, making every bite an absolute pleasure.

To top it all off, the restaurant had a wine store with a great selection of wines, making it easy to find the perfect pairing for my meal.

I enjoyed a solo meal on the beach here on a Tuesday night, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The waiters were extra clean and masked, and provided superb service.

I had the rib-eye, perfectly rare... Crispy outside and perfectly rare inside. The garlic truffle mashed potatoes are to die for! Served with grilled fresh asparagus and fresh, warm house roll. They also provided a beautiful selection of gourmet salts. I paired my meal with a suggested Mexican red which complimented perfectly.

But the best part was that they allowed me to smoke herb at my table. Now, there weren't a lot of patrons, and they do generally allow smoking at the beach tables... But I asked and they approved my request. Their simple act of kindness meant the world to me. It doesn't seem like a big thing, but for some of us it is essential. It capped a wonderful evening that'll be a treasured birthday memory for the rest of my life.

My fiancé and I visited Mercedes for dinner on our first trip to Punta de Pita. We sat in the sand area and had a delicious dinner. We ordered the lettuce wraps, which weren’t something we would typically get, but they were SO GOOD. I almost wanted to get another order of them for my main dish. They come with blue cheese so if you like blue cheese you’ll love theses. My fiancé ordered the New York and it was great. I ordered the short rib and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was smoked for 14 hours and fell off the bone. Amazing ambiance. The waiter spoke great English. I would highly recommend this...
