OMG their vegan focaccia is amazing! Stopped by this tiny magical gem of a bakery based on a referral from a vegan friend. The bake house is not vegan but it has wonderful vegan items. They always have customers and have some sweet little bistro tables on the sidewalk should you choose to eat there.

Stephanie the owner, is so zen and calm among the busy-ness. I ended up placing an order online because I wanted to ensure she still had things available when I arrived.

Their vegan focaccia is amazing! I decided to also order 2 vegan focaccia sandwiches for my husband and I. Wowzer! They were huge! Sooo good too. Will definitely order again. It had cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and house made vegan pesto. I actually added grilled mushrooms when I got home because I had some in the fridge and love mushrooms in my sandwiches, but the sandwich would have been great without them too.

We also ordered their decadent, moist and flavourful vegan almond loaf. Would highly, highly recommend making a trip here…and ordering in advance to ensure you get what you want because they are super busy with customers. Even though they are busy, the wait isn’t too long. Stop what you are doing and get...

I read some stellar reviews & this was just the sort of place I was in the mood for! After pursuing Bucerias I was hungry, thirsty & hot! The amazing AC & smell of the bakery were so inviting. Stephanie (owner) & barista (didn’t catch his name) were both so friendly. I had an iced Churro latte & some coffee cake & both were just phenomenal. I ended up returning after doing some shopping to get some treats to take home! Cheddar scones, peanut butter cookies, birthday cake cookies (very cake-y like Stephanie said) & the marshmallow crisp cookies were all to die for! There was also a good mix of locals/regulars as well as walk-ins like myself so felt so welcoming. Like the review I read said “run, don’t walk, to Palma bakery! Thank you Stephanie & I can’t wait to return next time I come down to...

The people at Palma made our recent vacation in Bucerias one of the best experiences we've had. While most of the local dining choices you encounter consist of fried protein with tortillas, Steph is making killer sandwiches, home made granola, flatbreads, cakes, squares, cookies, quiches, and more... On what was supposed to be a day off they did a pop up Greek inspired salad, tzatziki, meatball, pita combo that rocked. Then there's Tony making the iced coffee for the wife and espresso just the way I like it. I'm a total coffee snob and they did it just right! BTW, the sando's, banana bread and cookies you made for our plane ride home totally made the trip! "Would you like pretzels or cookies?" Nah, we're set, thanks lol 😎👍 Just a big thanks to you guys for being there and doing your...

What a treat to have this place so close to our accomadations. The owner (?) who was working the front was lovely and so pleasant! The service was great! I had the caramelized onion and brie "pizza" it was on Phyllis pastry. It was a flavor explosion on the first bite! Wow. Partner had quiche, said it was good. We also ordered a couple of iced lattes-delish. The peanut butter cookies were on special, 2 packages for the price of one, so I took some of those as well as a thick slice of banana bread home. Prices are reasonable.
