Shake Shack Arboleda — Restaurant in Nuevo León

This “fast food” restaurant provided the slowest service I have ever received at a fast food chain. We ordered two milkshakes and a root beer float (not even cooked food). The restaurant was not even close to capacity. We had to wait 28 mins! I will avoid this place in the future. I think corporate needs to explain to their team members what it means to work at a fast food restaurant. This is not representative of what one would expect at a US establishment. This restaurant is doing a disservice to the Shake Shack brand and probably leaves masses of locals thinking Shake Shack is just a model of incompetence world wide. 45 minutos de espera por 2 hamburguesas, al 10%de lleno el lugar. Van 2 veces que voy a las 12:00 pm cuando abren. La 1a vez fueron 22 minutos de espera, cuando fuimos el 1er cliente. Algo fuera de lo normal pero tolerable. Está 2a vez fueron 45 minutos de espera por 2 hamburguesas. Estuve observando y el problema es la eficiencia de sus empleados. Por favor pongan mucha atención en capacitarlos bien y establecer rutinas adecuadas: al llegar a las 12:00 no tienen los pasos listos que deberían haber completado. Siguen limpiando parrilla y aún no está caliente, siguen armando cajas. Te atienden, pero no comienzan a poner las carnes hasta las 12:20 aprox. Les lleva aprox 10 minutos sacar la primer parrilla de carnes. Hay otra empleada parada al lado del parrillero perdiendo bastantes minutos porque solo trae charolas ya listas para recibir las carnes. Del otro lado, ya todo está hecho (sodas, malteadas, helados, bebidas) y ntp ces que tarda tanto? Hay solo 1 chica poniendo en cajas los pedidos y se equivoca bastante: lee los pedidos en la etiqueta y en la pantalla y está llenando cajas cuando vuelve a verificar y se equivocó y regresa los productos a lado barra o al congelador. Agreguemos a todo esto la lentitud con lo que hacen todo. No parece que tengan prisa o tiempos establecidos por atendernos. Fui la 3er persona en llegar a las 12:00 y fui atendida porque fui a pedir saber sobre mi pedido si había un problema y pude constatar surtieron decenas antes del mío y seguía sin estar listo. The fries were cold and without salt. The burgers had really nice meat that i liked a lot. The sauce was not variable and not really special. The bread was not really nice looks like they used so much butter that it's making the bread wet soft. I think the burger was still nice but they can really improve a lot.
