Guns & Beers Oaxaca — Restaurant in Oaxaca

I came to watch the USA - England game. One room was packed with westerners with little seating room so I sat in a less occupied room. After sitting for a half an hour, and ordering a drink from my server, an angry looking man in his 20s or 30s came and put a 'No Service' sign on my table and walked away. Then he came back 10 seconds later and yelled at me in Spanish and gestured that I join the other foreigners in the crowded room. Then he turned off the TV I was watching like an angry stepdad. Two tables over from me sat a group of latinas in the same room. He did not approach them or turn off the other TV in the room nearest to them. I felt very targeted. Rooftop bar with live music and good promotions for cheap beers until 8pm. What went wrong in our case was that we got 13 beers but they charged us for one more (14 beers). When we complained they didn't come back with the new receipt for half an hour and then we had to go downstairs where three waiters were around the CCTV screen watching the footage of the whole night to check how many beers we actually took. We stayed with them watching for another 20 minutes. We waited for almost an hour without any result until the waiter just gave up and let us pay...

The other reviews are correct. We got the worst, most rude service at this establishment that we have experienced in over a week in Oaxaca. It was near impossible to get our server to do anything for us and the place didn’t have guacamole, liked for drinks, the credit card terminal was “broken” even though we saw it being used elsewhere. Also, the bathrooms were disgusting.. no toilet seats and dish soap used as hand soap. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.
