Oswaldo provided us with an amazing demonstration of 7 different moles. His restaurant is bright and clean, and he was very patient with our weak Spanish, working hard to help us to understand the origins of each mole, using his own artistic and technical skills, bringing together his professional training as a chef, with the delicious recipes of his grandmothers. ...
