Las Tlayudas de Mina y Bustamante — Restaurant in Oaxaca

This place offers the best tlayudas. We usually take out the tlayudas because there is little space to eat. I have been coming here for the last 15 years. The best time to go is at 7 pm when they start putting up the stall. Everything is still fresh and clean. The price has gone up during the last few years. Last time we ordered a couple weeks ago, tlayuda mixta which has all types of meat (tasajo, cecina and chorizo) cost 110 pesos. But it is an extra HUGE tlayuda for 2 people. The sauce is the best. Tasty tlayudas in a standard street food set up.
