Napoletano - Pizza Gourmet — Restaurant in Oaxaca

I had the best pizza I've ever had in Mexico, let alone Oaxaca, at this restaurant. The chef is from Italy and it really shows. I haven't tried the pasta yet but it looks amazing. This is true pizza Napoletana. The crust has body and flavor , the toppings are top notch in terms of quality and combinations. The speck and mushroom was amazing, but what really blew my mind was the mortadela with house made ricotta and pistachios. Wow. Sublime. Some of the best pizza in Oaxaca IMHO. The owner, Stefano, is Italian and uses high quality ingredients in his pies. He has a number of unusual offerings including fried pizza, which an Italian friend said is common street food in Naples and might even be the first type of pizza. So happy to have found this restaurant! After many meals of Mexican we wwere craving some Italian food. Their pizza is incredibly delicious, the crust crispy and fluffy, just like what we had in Italy. Their pasta is also hand made with the perfect texture, which is very rare to find here.
