Burger King Juárez — Restaurant in Playa del Carmen

My experience at this popular North American franchise was good and service was good as I waited less than 5 minutes for my burger on a non-busy night. Good old franchise concept, formula and menu works the same in Playa. Burger and fries taste like any other franchises.

The place was not hyper clean but average...it needs to improve. Service in Spanish and breakfast...

I don’t understand how burger “king” is still in business. The burger patties were these paper thin, dried out, lumpy pieces of what looked like, imitation meat that didn’t even taste like beef. Just pure garbage. We didn’t even eat our food after the first bite and just left....
