Avoid at all costs! I am a travel agent & went with a group of friends. The first night, what seemed to be a gift of a bottle of champagne turned out to be an extra $450 charge. We returned on good faith and had requested the same bottles we ordered the 1st night (Ketel One & Casa Amigos). They provided us Ketel One & Don Julio. We did not question them on bringing this bottle out as we believed it was either an A) complimentary upgrade or B) they were out of of Casa Amigos and brought us a bottle in comparison of price/liquor type. When we were provided the check, the bill was an extra $300 compared to last time. I spoke with our table host (Enrique) and he told me there was nothing he could do, that he could only provide us another table another night (it was our final night). I asked to speak to the manager and never was given the opportunity. I had the manager's contact info (Azael Castillo) and sent him a message on instagram explaining the situation and expressing my frustration. He read the message, I never heard back from him, and later saw he unfollowed me. Terrible customer service and quite immature to not take any responsibility or at least even provide a response to my concerns. As a travel agent, I will advise my customers and other agents to not send anybody to their club, and after reading a lot of reviews with similar issues, I realize this place is only after the money and screwing...
Read moreI usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I had to mention how bad of a time I had at La Vaquita and Mandala, these club’s don't care about anything but getting you to spend as much money as possible. They make up rules such as, because you have a section, you need to order a premium bottle, that is minimum $300 USD. When purchasing a bottle, they mention to you that you have 5 drinks included, what they fail to mention is that it is 5 cans of soda, or one pitcher or juice. So when you order 2 pitchers of juice and 3 cans of soda, they bring it to you and charge you for what you ordered. The sections are not the size they seem, a section for what was supposed to be 7, fit 4 of us, not to mention that they put us in a smaller section than what we paid for before I complained about it. I hate to mention this also but, I was also offered drugs inside the club which didn’t make sense because they pat you down before getting in. The food at the club was pretty bad too. Only thing I cannot complain about was the look of the club itself, to be fair it’s pretty dark, but the club looked nice, if you are expecting alot of english music to be played here, please...

Our first night we were given a bottle that felt like a gift and ended up being $450 extra charge with no notice.
We returned a second time on good faith and to give them another chance. We ordered ketel one & casaamigos. They brought out Ketel one and don Julio. I thought they were upgrading us. Or that they ran out of casaamigos and decided to give us something similar in price. It turned out to be an extra $350. I tried speaking with the host Enrique and he told me he couldn’t do anything about it. To come another night and they’ll make up for it (basically what they said last time!
Our group had the manager's contact info (Azael Castillo) and sent him a message on instagram explaining the situation. He ignored us and unfollowed the group. Terrible way to treat people. This place is only after the money and screwing over tourists. Hopefully the higher ups see Azael Castillos name all over these poor reviews because this is not how you treat people and...
