McDonald's — Restaurant in Playa del Carmen

I would like to say that in my opinion, this restaurant is the best fast food place where I have ever gone. First of all, the food tastes delicious, the Pound Quarter with cheese has an amazing taste and also smells great, the French Fries have the correct quantity of salt, the Nuggets are fantastic with an awesome flavor, and the Coke is regular, it feels more like water, it’s my only complaint. Also, I feel that the way of ordering is much more easy with the ordering machines because they have a better order personalization and are more efficient than a cashier. For last, the service is very attentive, it always helps with your doubts, is very quick at the hour of deliver the food, and it’s very kind. In summary, this McDonalds your best option if you go to eat at Plaza Las Americas because of it’s food...

Mc Donald's is pretty consistent and this one is no exception apart from the fact that on this visit the service was slow. Not enough staff. Also the seating area is shared with the other food vendors and there are not really enough tables. Possibly covid rules, BUT there were a lot of people just sitting without eating. Some even had their own drinks flasks I couldn't get a table so I was unhappy with my visit to McDonald's. They need to get the shopping centre staff to address this issue. Sorry, but it's 3 stars...

I would like to comment on my service about McDonald's, first of all I don't like their food, their hamburgers are horrible and also because of their size and price, the last time I went I asked for the largest combo and first they gave me half the soda their parents were cold and the hamburger they gave me the smallest one and also they didn't want to change it their service is terrible compared to a good food place I know it is small in summary for me The place is bad but for a low budget you can have fast...
