I can’t find a keto bakery in the Bay Area of california but there’s one here in playa! I’m giving this 4 stars just for existing and having stuff I can eat with my digestive issues. There’s a whole case of keto cakes- and they really know what keto means. You know how some products say they’re keto then list cane sugar an an ingredient? They don’t do that here- they’re true keto with no cane sugar. All keto cakes are made with almond flour and Stevia and probably erythrol because they don’t have that aftertaste of stevia. All the cakes in my photo are keto! I am assuming they were all vegan as well-the cream was coconut cream not whipped cream and ingredients listed egg replacer. I loved the tiramisu and the chocolate cake. They have keto cakes, cheesecakes, cookies, and maybe fruit pies. I didn’t love cheesecake but that is just me! Also I think keto desserts are in their own category- can’t compare them to regular cakes. I hate to speak negatively about any small business, but I think there’s a lot of room for improvement.

Many of the desserts are very, very dry and not flavorful enough to make up for it. Twice I have discovered mold on my food after bringing it home, and now I’m seeing other reviews mention mold. This is a pattern.

The staff are friendly but are not very knowledgeable about the products. I have food allergies and it’s very difficult to get info from them — they point me to the label, but they don’t know anything beyond that.

I would love to see them update some recipes and to stop serving food that has gone bad/moldy. Hoping they will make some changes and thrive as a...

Eat here after dinner with girlfriend who is vegan. We always struggle to find a dessert that is vegan (for her) and low sugar / keto (for me).

Here we found one of the BEST desserts we've eaten to date (for me including non-keto desserts)!!!! THE APPLE STRUDEL WITH CUSTARD AND CREAM WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD - SO GOOD! Highly recommend this place to anyone even if you're non-keto or vegan - couldn't taste the difference.
