Read moreThe best part of this restaurant is, without a doubt, the view being located along the Progresso malecon. It speaks for itself! There's nothing like dining out while looking at the ocean. The iconic building is very impressive as well. My spouse and I attempted to get drinks here the night before with a couple of friends and were turned away. It was only 6 pm at night. And yet they had a happy hour special advertised between 6-8pm. Meanwhile, there were other people dining inside, and the restaurant hours posted indicated that this place was open. We still do not know why they sent us away because the servers here don't speak any English. We thought it was quite odd🤔 but regardless decided to come back the next day with my spouse for breakfast instead. We got service in the morning, guess two times a charm. I enjoyed my overnight oats for breakfast. However, the 'special blend Americano coffee' was disappointing. It tasted no different than a regular perk coffee that I could make at home. I asked my server if it was just basic drip coffee just to confirm. However, she assured me that it was the "specialty blend.""Well Nothing special about this stood out other than for future reference not to order it. My spouse did enjoy the horchata latte that he ordered, so perhaps that's a wiser choice. However, skip the croissant unless you like overcooked pastries that dust instantly in your mouth when you...

Delicious seafood dishes and excellent wine selection. This is a upscale restaurant in front of the famous Progreso sign on the beach.
The Chef is incredible and has something special for everyone. I loved the Jumbo Shrimp and the Octopus dish! The Pulpo “Octopus” is thinly sliced and served in a exquisite sauce with pan “toast”.
The ceviche and tuna are exceptionally fresh! These traditional Mexican dishes are made of raw fish and cooked in lime juice. These cold dishes are refreshing because it is so hot outside.
The guacamole is delicious, freshly made, and a large portion for the appetizer. The appetizers are great and accompanied the guacamole perfectly.
The wine selection is amazing and you can order drinks from the bar. A great place for special occasions, dates, and tourist seeking upscale dining.
The chef and staff are amazing and everyone checks on you. Even management and the chef will come greet you. Also assist you with selecting a bottle of wine and explain the fresh seafood preparation.
Jumbo Shrimp, Ceviche, Octopus, Squid, and Tuna are Five Star quality!
