After five months in different parts of Mexico we've gotten a feel for the good and the bad.

La Adelita is the good.

It's Poblano cuisine - not fancy but full of flavor.

We've eaten at La Adelita twice in the past week just to ensure that the food is consistently above par and both times it's impressed us with its daily specials - the "menu del dia" which is fresh, flavorful, and filling.

And La Adelita has some of the best - if not the best Enchiladas Suiza we've had in Mexico.

Added Bonus: You're not going to find a better sit-down meal at a better price - and it has "service with a smile" - and it's just a 30 second walk from the front gate of the main Cathedral of Puebla.

Pedí chilaquiles rojos en la mañana, me tocaron bastante salados, pero aún así comestible. No tenían jugo (probablemente porque llegué temprano), así que me dieron fruta (melón), muy rica, pero por ende tuve que pedir un refresco aparte. El café que te dan en el paquete sabía muy amargo aunque le eché varios sobresitos de azúcar, no me lo acabé. En cuanto a precio gastas alrededor de $200 por persona. Muy rica la comida en especial esa salsa roja qué hace sus chilaquiles grandiosos y las tortas de milanesa de pollo excelentes.

En cuanto a la arrachera de excelente calidad y en su punto.

Cómo puntos flacos a mi gusto sería el agua de horchata de jarabe, el baño es pequeño no gordo friendly, créanme y el no contar con wi-fi.

El ambiente es tranquilo y los empleados son muy amables haciendo un buen lugar para comer con la familia o pareja.
