Marejada cocina de olas — Restaurant in Puebla

What a hidden gem, this was the best meal we have ever had in Mexico and one of the best seafood meals ever! The chef is clearly extremely passionate about the dishes he crafts, with a unique Japanese influence in its dishes. We were absolutely blown away by the shrimp tacos, its the singular best taco we have ever had! Perfectly torched with an amazing sauce and extremely fresh shrimp, its a taco we will be dreaming about for years to come! The ceviche we had was also amazing, super fresh fish and seafood in a tart green sauce. The attention to details were just impeccable. The oyster trio was also exquisite and very sweet. The service was also very attentive as we were actually the only customers in the restaurant that night so it felt in a private kitchen. Overall it's our favorite restaurant in Mexico by far and probably our top 3 restaurant ever now, we would bus over from Mexico city just to eat here again, if you are spending time in Cholula and is a foodie, this place...

Stumbled across this place & we loved it! Chef Giovanni welcomed us with a hoja santa infused water which was unexpected but refreshing. Las instalaciones agradables pero muy sencillas y pequeñas

El lugar tendrá al rededor de 28m² ya contando la cocina y los baños y no cuenta con estacionamiento

Algo así como una fonda pero muy coqueta

Los platillos bien Pero nada espectacular

Lo que no hace Click es el tipo de instalaciones con los platillos y los precios

Los precios muy altos para las instalaciones

La presentación de los platillos es buena y el sabor aceptable las porciones son Gourmet de verdad muy pequeñas

Es uno de esos lugares donde ya debes de llegar comido para no irte con hambre

Y lo que si me incomodo mucho es que el lugar no tiene una buena extracción de aire en el área de la cocina y salí todo apestando a cochambre, fue tal el mal olor que tuve que quitarme la camisa x la tarde de tanto que se apesto
