Vale vegan — Restaurant in Puebla

Okay, first and most important thing is that Gerardo makes sure you’re absolutely taken care of whether it comes to food, drinks, comfort and so on. A man that gives his heart to what he does.

On top of that, the ingredients are high quality and they’re put together with care equating to a heartfelt and incredibly delicious meal.

Tonight, is probably my 20th time here and I had 7 tacos. I would have posted a picture of them here but they couldn’t be resisted when they were served and I ate them all before I could think to take a photo.

All in all, I highly recommend you make your way in here for great service, food, and care.

My favorite meal in Cholula! Recommend Vale Vegan to both vegans AND non-vegans. I enjoyed my trio of tacos that were flavorful and I felt great after eating them. The chef and small business entrepreneur was kind enough to provide me with recommendations throughout my evening at Vale Vegan. Glad I went with his recommendations. Along with the 🌮, the lychee kombucha and 🍪 were delicious. Could tell the chef really cares about the ingredients and creating a sustainable space to enjoy delicious meals. My only regret is that I wasn’t in Cholula longer to return to Vale Vegan a second time. Hope you have as wonderful of a time...

Delicious vegan food made with a lot of love by a friendly owner who is very helpful and responsive to preferences plus diet restrictions too.

We've already been back again after our first time and look forward to going again.

What's good? Everything we've tried has been tasty and fresh, made with care from the tacos to the mango water to the soup and banana bread. Mmmm 😋
