Let’s start with the atmosphere and look of this restaurant and of course the view, these are fantastic and a true gem. Lovely ambiance, if dining at night the lights are great and the decor is very nice! We walked in without reservations, and we were at our table as soon as we were greeted. The menu is quite simple and not overwhelming. They gave us 2 bread rolls and some yummy fish soup on a small cup and that was a first, a little too salty for me but overall good. We ordered the shrimp fondue as an appetizer: The presentation was great, it came with croutons but not as many shrimps as the melted cheese which needed more shrimp or more bread to eat it, once you eat the shrimp you have just too much extra cheese. The main courses we ordered were the fish filets, great presentation but one of them we think lacked some flavor, the beans definitely didn’t have any flavor and it was the first time we had beans with fish filet. Capers on the other fish filet definitely helped and the veggies and mashed potatoes were good Mojitos were very good Prices were similar to some other restaurants in the area however our fish was $380 pesos each and the shrimp fondue over $430 pesos. That’s a little disappointed when the fish filetes were cheaper than the appetizer and prices compared to our resorts were not that more expensive so this is not too budget friendly but puerto Morelos has plenty of places to choose from. Overall...

Great views and the decor and ambience are awesome. I would really like to love this place, but I cannot. The service is terrible. We waited 15 minutes after the hostess seated us and finally flagged down someone to take our order. After that we were completely ignored until we flagged down someone for our check. There were many servers working, but hanging out at the end of the bar was the event of the day. My food was ok, nothing outstanding. I have the avocado toast and bacon. Jodi had pancakes that were big and thick as well as crumbly and very dry. We filled out the survey that came with our check and mentioned to the hostess that we were dissatisfied as we were leaving, she said "I'm sorry" and let us walk out. I included my phone number on my survey expressing the issues we had, but, nobody has...

We came here to have a couple cold beers by the ocean and right away the waiter did not like that and tried to push a full meal and copped an attitude right away. So if you’re coming here just for two beers you might want to walk down the street to the corner restaurant which is much cooler and the people are much nicer. So we were done with our beers and they were taking their sweet time to bring us the bill so we can be more thirsty and wait around and be inconvenienced as what I felt. They charged us US$18 for two beers which is just outrageous the places not all that. I’m top of all this they had tractor going back-and-forth moving seaweed and workers up and down the beach making a ton of noise. I would go down the street like I said to the corner you’ll find a much better restaurant...

Loved this place. Location on beach, family friendly, music on low, menu items are varied and the portions are huge. A little pricey for the area but you will not be disappointed. The free bread and cup of fish soup were delicious. Can we bring the bread home, please. Waiting staff were friendly, bilingual, attentive and polite. The fillet steak was huge. Will easily feed 2. Ceviches we’re all great. Oh, try the Bloody Mary. Four of us, single course each and a drink each and the bill was 1500 pesos total. That included the steak. Will be back.
