Great taqueria with an emphasis on pork, hence the carnitas name. They also offer birria de chivo (goat), arrachera and tongue. The tortillas are made fresh to order by a machine that has a huge mound of masa on top that grabs a piece, flattens the masa piece out onto a conveyor then the tortillas a cooked on the large comal. It's not convenient or easy to get to, which probably just keeps away the lazy tourists. I don't care about ambiance, I want great food; and that's what San Carnitas offers.
