Fabulous experience from the time we walked in. KAREN immediately sat us at our beautiful table with an incredible view. MARCOS, our waiter, recommended a beautiful Mexican wine (Maria Tinto). We started with a lovely Petnat & amuse Bouche. Next were beautifully presented apps (fois gras & goat cheese salad), then the mains of duck & Chicken Cordon Bleu. Every bite was Perfect. We ended the meal with a cheesecake. Everything was as perfect as the view. MR ROCKY checked to make sure everything was to our complete satisfaction. One of our favourite dinners at the resort. They really care about offering a fine dining experience and it works, from the dress code to the wait staff to the food presentation.
