Arigato Bake & Brew is my favorite restaurant in the San Pancho/Sayulita area and is definitely worth a visit while you are here. There are several things about Arigato that make this restaurant so special.
First - the food. I have tried almost every item on the menu during my numerous visits here and it is always fresh, tasty, and made with highest quality ingredients. Some menus favorites are: Potato Wedges, Hand Rolls (all of them - the Nori seaweed wrap is from Japan, so crunchy and good), and the Japanese Guacamole. For dessert, you can't miss the Carrot Cake. It is the best Carrot Cake I have ever had!
Second - the drinks. All the beers are brewed in San Pancho. The pours are ice cold and smooth. I would recommend trying them all as they are each unique and delicious. My personal favorite is the Hazy beer or one of the IPA varieties. If you prefer another drink, Arigato also has amazing Sake and an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages, too.
Last but certainly not least - Arigato has incredible service and ambiance. The entire team is friendly and cares about the customers. You will have both a nice meal and pleasant experience here. The music is always good. The outdoor seating is airy and a true San Pancho experience. I definitely recommend a visit to this restaurant...
Read moreDelicious Japanese / Argentinian food, as well as craft beers and non-alcoholic options. I loved the tuna hand roll and the bread and spread, especially the miso butter. I think the creamy pickled spread could’ve been better with chips. The crispy chicken lomito was good although could use a side salsa or some sort of sauce to give it a little more flavor. It’s cool they make their bread in-house. Ginger limeade was a good and refreshing sin alcohol option.
The bathroom situation is charming, sort of in someone’s backyard. There were friendly neighbors that helped point out where it was as well as the sink (back in the front at the brewpub). Cash only, no...

They serve a unique and sort of funny combination of sushi hand rolls, fresh sandwiches, and their homemade sourdough bread. Our favorites are the sushi rolls - fresh and clean (I grew up in LA - I am picky about sushi) and the sourdough bread...oh AND the carrot cake! The owners and staff are lovely and they play excellent music - roots reggae, modern folk, jazz - tunes you want to sit and listen to for hours. We hope more of the local establishments take a cue from Arigato, a place for people who like good, clean,...
