Love this place. We were here 2 years ago. Food has remained consistently good. The courtyard is charming, open kitchen. Everything fresh and very good - had the Tuscan sandwich, my spouse, the huevos rancheros. We also came here for their dinner on a Friday night. The risotto and bone marrow so good! I had catch of the day, mahi-mahi that was perfectly seasoned and cooked well. The plantains added a little touch of sweetness. For dessert, we shared the panna cotta with maracuja. Read moreThe quality of the food at Bistro Organico is shockingly good. My wife and I are foodies and have eaten at very high end restaurants, and the quality of the food here is in many ways on par with them.
Chef Calixto describes the cuisine as pescatarian, which is about right. Mostly vegetarian, but with some fish and shellfish in the mix. Everything is super fresh with the flavors and seasoning spot on. We grazed through most of the breakfast and dinner menu in our five days there and every dish was tasty, filling, and delicious.
