Cafe Floresta provided an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Our server, Mitzury, was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, enhancing our visit with her warm demeanor and excellent service. The highlight of our meal was the Chilaquiles with Poblano sauce, which were absolutely delicious. The dish was perfectly balanced, with the right amount of spice and a rich, flavorful sauce that complemented the crispy tortilla chips. The presentation was also impressive, showcasing the care and attention to detail that goes into each plate. The ambiance of the cafe was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing meal. Overall, Cafe Floresta exceeded our expectations with its outstanding food and top-notch service. Nuestra mesera, Mitzury, fue atenta, amigable y conocedora, mejorando nuestra visita con su cálida actitud y excelente servicio. El punto culminante de nuestra comida fueron los chilaquiles con salsa de poblano, que estaban absolutamente deliciosos. El plato estaba perfectamente equilibrado, con la cantidad justa de picante y una salsa rica y sabrosa que complementaba los chips de tortilla crujientes. La presentación también fue impresionante, mostrando el cuidado y la atención al detalle que se pone en cada plato. La ambientación del café era acogedora y atractiva, lo que lo convierte en un lugar perfecto para una comida relajante. This is my favorite breakfast/brunch place in San Pancho!! Keep coming back since 2021! Always incredible and heartfelt service, the owner and the staff are very attentive and nice.

The ambience is very chill and relaxed - all the beautiful plants, the music, the ocean breeze take you to just perfect state of mind:)

Love all the food from simple yogurt with fruits to more complex chilaquiles. The presentation is always top notch too!

Make sure to try a fungi toast with and an egg on top powered by green salsa! Yummmm!!

Fabulous place for breakfast (and brunch). I had the pochados with the mole casero and it was excellent. I don't usually eat much for breakfast but I ate every crumb here. The service was great and very friendly. The open jungle views and mellow music added to the enjoyment. Also their beer menu is better than most dinner type restaurants with three IPA's and a hazy pale ale listed among the more typical beers. I don't usually drink beer at breakfast time, but the hazy pale ale was the perfect accompaniment with breakfast after an early walk...
