We recently had the pleasure of hosting our wedding rehearsal dinner at Habibi, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for the evening. The Food: The culinary experience was truly exceptional. An absolute MUST if you are staying in San Pancho. Our party of 4 had the most beautiful dining experience during our visit to SP. We are all foodies, and Habibi did not disappoint.

We arrived without a reservation, which I would NOT recommend doing! However we were lucky enough to be seated at an outdoor table on a small terrace in the most beautiful setting.

The evening began with gorgeous cocktails and a few beautiful apps which we shared. We each chose our own main dish, but the menu options are very shareable. I ordered seafood linguini. Spectacular. 🥄 By the time that I was savouring the last few spoonfuls of broth I was practically weeping over my plate. 😅 I could go into great detail about all aesthetic and magical flavours of all our dishes, but it was very clear that everything on the menu is amazing. Go there and try to change my mind.

It should come as no surprise that the service we received at Habibi was fantastic from the moment we arrived. The staff made sure that everyone in the place was well taken care of, all while climbing up and down stairs and smiling the whole time. *Shout to our lovely server, Florencia. (apologies if my spelling is off). Her impeccable service complemented our evening perfectly. 🏆

Habibi is a welcome addition to the restaurant scene in San Pancho. With it’s Italian inspired menu of small plates, great wine selection and chill vibe, Habibi has a lot to offer.

The pappardelle al ragú and burrata with charcoal bread were outstanding. However, the olives plate was disappointing. It lacked any seasoning and the olives tasted like they were right from a jar.

The service was initially friendly and attentive, but lacked consistency. Toward the end of the meal we felt virtually ignored.

The room was comfortable but the ambiance could be improved with dimmer lighting and candles. Overall Habibi has great potential to become a stellar dining experience in San Pancho....
