McDonald's — Restaurant in Sinaloa

Ordered a hamburger with large fries. Watched the fries that had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes go back to be put on my tray, then a cold cheeseburger added, (i did not ask for cheese, heated would have been nice) i asked for salt 4 times, was told it was in the fries, it was not on the cold fries. After i opened the cold cheeseburger, i returned everything to the counter. Uneaten! This place IS NASTY. I went to the site you requested, says it does not exist. Not sure what more information you could want. But i have a question for you; I’ve lived here for 14 months. I just watched, daily, a major renovation, looks nice from the outside. So this was my first time ATTEMPTING to eat there. Why would you spend all that money to update the building, and hire incompetent people to run the business, serving inadequate food, stuff you wouldn’t feed to your dog or the homeless.? You have so many bad reviews on here. Why would you not do better? Do you know ANYONE on the planet that wants to eat cold 10 minute old mcdonalds French fries (without salt) and a burger so cold that the cheese (that wasn’t supposed to be there) never attempted to melt. LA Mexican Especial Review Mazatlan. The Coffee was Good. Grade B-. Only One Sugar, Hot and I Drank it All. I wish I Would have Order the Hot Cakes. I Couldn't Finish LA Especial. I did eat the Hashbrown with one Ketchup.

CONSTRUCTION Outside, one side Closed, had to go around to the Far side of the Building to Enter. The inside was Half Closed for Sitting, I didn't use the Restroom. Wasn't Crowded at 910am, the Breakfast was $95mp - $4.89usd.

I Should have Order the Hot Cakes, however I wanted to Try a Local McDonald Breakfast for my First Time in a McDonald's in Mexico. Maybe with the Hot Cakes, it would have been Better, However the Overall Experience is a Zero. Grade D+. I'm sure that I will Visit a McDonald's again Someday. Restaurante de la cadena comercial con garantia "fast food" y hoy fueron slow food Tenían mucho trabajo en el desayuno, eso es bueno 👍🏻 Supongo fue por el puente de Febrero; sin embargo, aunque en la cadena se enfocaron en generar un producto "deluxe" (mayor ticket factura) provocaron un retraso en las entregas de productos, ya que no tuvieron la capacidad de organización ni de atención al cliente. Errores en los cobros de tarjetas, confusión en las ordenes y pedidos, negación de productos a la vista, estaciones desorganizados, retrasos de 20 minutos en espera y una cara de hastío en 3 de los colaboradores que era obvio lo mal que #McDonald's planeo atender la demanda. NO RECOMENDABLE EN PERIODO DE CARNAVAL, excepto que quieras esperar 1 hora para poder comer. Son más rápidos los tacos y hotdogs de la calle que ellos. 1 postre McFlurry Oreo's tardaron 22 minutos en servirlo, y podrían haber tardado 15 minutos más de no ser porque se le pregunto al cajero si podían considerar que solo era un helado, accedió y tardó escasos 40 segundos en servirlo, decorarlo y entregarlo. Sin servilleta, pero lo sacaron rápido. Obviamente hubo más gente que empezó a solicitar lo mismo, pero ni su gerente en turno, ni su segundo al mando, pudieron con el esfuerzo por demanda que tuvieron. Una fila de personas entre 5 y 8 esperando ordenar, pero el cajero cobraba, servía órdenes, atendía producción, solucionaba problemas, pero obviamente no era supermán. FATAL SU SERVICIO, y cuidado en el estacionamiento pues hay seudos lavadores de carros, que te rayan al lavar tu carro, huelen a marihuana, y debes acceder a darles algo aunque no hayas pedido lavado y aparte ver el pulido del carro para retirar...
