RRinos Pizza a la Leña & Bar - Olas Altas — Restaurant in Sinaloa

La comida y bebidas está buena, no tienen estacionamiento pero tienen valet parking, generalmente está muy lleno en ocasiones hay lista de espera así que ven con tiempo, el lugar es grande, se ve nuevo, pero la atención que recibimos no fue muy buena, pedimos pizza, papas y bebidas, tardaron casi 45 minutos en llevar la pizza, las papas las llevaron equivocadas, las regresamos, seguimos comiendo, nos acabamos las pizzas y las papas y mi bebida nunca llegaron, cuando llego mi late me lo llevaron frío con hielo, era caliente, ya estábamos molestos, cuando estábamos comiendo al ver que mi late no llegaba le comenté a una mesera y solo me escucho y se dio la vuelta y se fue, sin comentarme nada, unos meseros si tienen buena actitud, otros no, sugiero les den un curso de atención al cliente, pedí hablar con el gerente y le comentamos lo sucedido, nos hizo un descuento en la cuenta, no estábamos buscando eso pero se agradece, y ya para irnos después de pagar me sorprendieron con mi late caliente para llevar pero no le pusieron azur ( yo había pedido azúcar ). El lugar tiene mucho potencial pero les hace falta más persona para que puedan dar un buen servicio, meseros y mas personal en la cocina para que los alimentos salgan más pronto. Tiene una ubicación privilegiada, tal vez después les de otra oportunidad, pero en esta ocasión mi experiencia no fue agradable.

The food and drinks are good, they don't have parking but they have valet parking, it is generally very crowded, sometimes there is a waiting list so come early, the place is big, it looks new, but the attention we received was not very good, we ordered pizza, potatoes and drinks, it took almost 45 minutes to bring the pizza, the potatoes were brought wrong, we returned them, we continued eating, we finished the pizzas and potatoes and my drink never arrived, when my late arrived they took it cold with ice, it was hot, we were already upset, when we were eating when I saw that my late night hadn't arrived I told a waitress and she only heard me and turned around and left, without commenting to me, some waiters do have a good attitude, others don't , I suggest they give them a customer service course, I asked to speak to the manager and we told him what happened, he gave us a discount on the account, we were not looking for that but it is appreciated, and to leave after paying they surprised me with my late Cali to take away but they didn't put azur on it (I had asked for sugar). The place has a lot of potential but they need more people so that they can provide good service, waiters and more staff in the kitchen so that the food comes out sooner. We placed our order for delivery at 7:30 PM and they said it would be 55 minutes. We decided to wait that long. 2 hours later we called them back to ask where our order was and they said it was out for delivery and apologized saying that they were real busy but it should be here "very soon". 30 minutes later we called and they apologized again and said they would give us the wings for free and our order was 8 minutes away. After all of this we ate a sandwich and went to bed. 3 hours from our original call the delivery was attempted but we were already in bed. Over 3 hours! Don't order from them if you are hungry and need to eat soon. Don't prepay. Wait until they deliver your food if ever. I didn't rate the food because I never got the chance to try it...

Great area. They have patio seating overlooking the water. Pizza was super cheap for size and they had specialty pizzas I’d never seen before. I wouldn’t say it was great pizza, but it wasn’t bad either. The pizza dough its self could be better. It wasn’t as soft and fluffy as I’d expected. It was flat. We ordered the calamari as appetizer. It was rubbery clearly had been frozen prior. If they could make better crust and serve fresh calamari, this place would be a hit. Either way everyone ate the pizza. We didn’t have any left over...
