Starbucks Lomas — Restaurant in Sinaloa

I tried to stop writing bad reviews a few years ago. But this place deserves one. I have walked out 4 times. I’ve waited at the register, alone, while 2-3-4 employees catch up their side work, then they all do the side eye and go into the kitchen, never acknowledging that i am there. ONE TIME , there was a line, i got in it, i asked for Chiapas, which is not advertised, but they said that they had it, they clearly gave me dark roast Starbucks, which i threw out. I prefer Starbucks in gran plaza, where service is great, but occasionally I’d like a cup of coffee as i approach cameron sabalo. Hopefully this place will get a manager soon and employees can get some education as to customer...

Amazing!! I went in there this morning with my family and when I went to pay my debit card did not work, I explained that I would wait there until my bank opened in America and would call and get my card fixed so I could pay. The barista and his boss talked for a minute and told me not to worry about it. I was shocked and so thankful. I waited until my bank opened, made the call, went to pay and they insisted I not worry about it!!
