I stumbled upon this place one morning walking down Rafael Buelna which is a main road featuring many open air taco stands that are very popular in the evenings. Looking for breakfast this was one of the few places that was open at 9am. When I looked at the menu on the wall looking for Desayunos I was a bit bummed because all they served was seafood tacos (Capeados) it smelled great so I ordered a few of different varieties. They were all amazing but I recommend the shrimp, scallop and octopus although the fish taco was also amazing. They brought out a huge platter with a variety of salsas and sliced cucumbers. It's an outdoor taqueria, so we weren't exactly expecting a great ambience, but the foul sewer smell was very off-putting. Not necessarily their fault, but that fact doesn't improve the smell. The service was pleasant, but not exactly what you would call "friendly." It's a nice place for lunch if you're in the area (certainly better and more authentically "Mexican" than all of the tourist joints in the neighborhood), but I wouldn't go out of my way...
