I went there with my daughters. After waiting over 30 minutes for a table, It was supposed to be a special evening. I asked the waitress if the burger could come with any cheese but cheddar. He said he needed to ask. A few moments later, the manager came and asked me what I specifically meant by some other cheese. I asked if it was possible to change the cheese, and he said: no way we are gonna change the original dish, because the chef, not present there, will never tolerate that kind of insult. Having lived in Mexico for 2 years I often say I’ve never had a bad meal here. Well there’s a first time for everything. Popped in with my wife for a quick lunch and had the Pecańa Burger. Literally the worst burger I’ve ever had. The patty was barely a sliver of smashed, charred mess buried under a pile of god knows what, apparently a bacon sauce that looked and tasted as if it had been scooped from the bottom of the fridge and a slab of avacado which was supposed to be Guacamole. Servicio ineficiente y lento. El capitán de meseros nunca estuvo atento a nuestra mesa. El gerente sólo se presentó porque le llamamos. Precios muy elevados, sin alcohol aproximadamente $700 por persona. La experiencia no fué grata para celebrar mi cumpleaños. Nos llevaron el tuétano sin platos, 4 tortillas y éramos cinco personas, pedimos más y tardaron 20 minutos en llevarlas. El platillo ya estaba frío. Los frijoles entrada cortesía nada que ver a los de Sonora Grill, secos. Condimentados y fríos. Los llevaron aún cuando no ordenabamos ya que estábamos esperando a completar la mesa con los dos invitados faltantes. Pedimos unos tacos de la casa con sirloin y picaña (recomendación del mesero) llegaron después de hora y media porque se le habían olvidado, la carne seca chiclosa y muy chiquitos, le dijimos que no estaban de buena calidad y nos respondió: hubieran pedido los de camarón esos si están mejor. Papa al horno $170 sólo lleva queso y crema. Rib Eye $800 fué lo único rescatable. Hamburguesa Wellington $340 viene con Pepinillos por dentro, sin posibilidad de pedirla sin ellos. Sabor muy equis. Las papas a la francesa frías chiclosas, el Jugo de carne $105 rico muy buen sabor. El postre cortesía por cumpleaños, llegó sin cubiertos, tuvimos que esperar a que llegaran 15 minutos más para comerlo. Cero recomendado, la música es buena y los destilados y cerveza supuestamente 2X1 pero elevados los precios, terminas pagando casi igual que en otros establecimientos.
