Alito was beautiful aside from the fact that well, we had to pay 840 pesos 2 people, just to enter the park , So if you're staying for a week and you plan on leaving the park, chances are that would cost you that $415 pesos. Each time you leave and come back as they put dates on your bands.. And then they charge you a $120 Daily supposedly to maintain cleanliness of the beach, but I didn't find the beach very clean, so to me it's just a money grab other than that. The huts were really cute. Once you got out of your head that creatures could crawl through the broken doors and gaps everywhere, there was no hot water in our hut. Food was OK, my only issue is that again. Breakfast was included, but then they tried a nickel and dime for onions, cheese amd spinach had a hard time, letting him know that I didn't want the whole breakfast. I wanted the one egg and instead of 1 piece - 2 pieces of toast and bacon. In return we got stuff. We didn't need. Coffee in the morning. You would have to go to the lobby and get also water which was not a problem aside from the fact that there was never cream, sugar or a spoon. And when we ask for it, they literally would bring out a handful of sugar and cream. And the one guy just brought up 1 spoon that everybody had to share so. If you lick your spoon, chances are somebody else did too LOL? The view in the beach was fabulous to walk on and spend time there! Girl at front desk was great and restaurant staff all where good ( only one who kicked the friendly cat who visited everyone was not cool) also would be nice if huts had a big mirror and bench to put your bags/ suitcases on as no closet or safe to keep your passports and other belongings!

Horrible!!! Even with the consumption of 500 pesos you can’t leave and come back later, no matter what. Mandatory tip of 15 or 20% which I find horrible too as services doesn’t worth it, we were waiting for food much longer than other people. Dishes are extremely small for the prices they have, you won’t be full with just one. Also got scammed in the bill and had to pay 30% more of what I originally ordered. Lots of seaweed at the beach. Even one star is too much for this place, it’s absolute 0!

I had an amazing time at Alito Beach Club! The food was delicious!!!! The service was great too — the staff and Ricardo were friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. They checked on us often and made sure we had everything we needed without being pushy. The atmosphere was relaxed yet classy, with a beautiful ocean view that made the whole experience even better. Overall, Alito Beach Club is the perfect spot to enjoy great food, good service, and a stunning beach setting. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to anyone visiting Tulum!

Hola, Here is my "travel agent perspective": So first to know is the park entrance for visitors is 416MXN pesos. (Cheaper for local/students). That's access to the parc.... once there you can choose a day pass between many hotel options... We came to Alito based on partnership with the hotel we were staying at (Copal Tulum (Which is WOW)).

I haven't had food yet but the drinks are good (and we had a free welcome drink as part of our Copal reservation/partnership). We had to pay 500MXN pesos for the entry, BUT it was credited towards food & drinks and we need to eat so to me it was like a free entry (especially that you can park for free are the hotel parking). Once there we have access to: -Food/Drinks -Beach beds -Bathrooms -Showers *However you should know that, pretty much like all private beach club on the strip you MUSt be a GUEST to use the POOL or the hotel's TOWELS, so bring yours and know that you can since the salt in the shower ;)

Now we are Saturday & we arrived pretty late (11h30) and there are bunch of comfy bali beds available, some with shade some in the bright sun, some bean bags too... Beach is beautiful & sand is creamy white.... bonus we see Tulum's ruins on the left and can take a walk for a.much closer look without going on-site. An short walk to the right and you hit Paraiso Beahc.... A quite good location with boat here an there in the water that makes it a beautiful living view of Tulum's best beaches ⛱️

And now as for service, and that's were I fell in love, it's great, I mean I had a grumpy morning and the welcome I received brought a smile back to my face. 🫶🌴🌊

So special thanks to David who was so honest and kind and helpful ans thanks do Daniel who was serving us for...

We had a lovely afternoon here with our kids after visiting the Tulum Archeological Site. We ordered drinks (sparkling water, beer and two virgin daiquiris) and lunch to our cabana. There was no extra fee to enter and use the facilities. We were able to leave and go swimming in the sea, and come back to the cabana. The kids ran around and played in the sand. Lunch was tasty - we got a chicken burrito, fries, guacamole and the grilled vegetable plate - which was unexpectedly good! I’m celiac and even though there were no gluten free options marked on the menu, I opted to try the guacamole (without the chips) and the vegetables, and both were fine for me! We would...
