horrible. We ordered calamari and it came with a really thick batter and was overcooked, so hard and no taste.
All of the main meals came with mashed potato, rice, and vegetables, all of which were cold, not fresh, and no flavour. The vegetables were brocolli and carrots that seemed like those that come frozen in bags. They were soggy and so bad. The potatoes were greasy like probably more margarine than actual potatoes. The fish was acceptable but plain and not something I would order again.
So disappointing. So gross. I didn't eat at very many places in Tulum but any business owner who takes pride in what they do would do better than Santa Fe.

We parked our car free right above the paradise beach, got 2 basic loungers + 1 umbrella from Santa Fe for 300 mxn (total) for the whole day (no hour limitations like other beach clubs!!!), ate in a cool nearby restaurant (Pancho Villa, 10 min walk) and used their WC (because Santa Fe charges 10 mxn for wc), and we had a happy beach day. Clear value, no fuzz, no pushy food consumption against outrageous entry prices to enter...
Read moreThe beach is okay. But... They tried to scam us: They sold us water for 40 peso (the server decided to add 10 to pocket himself), an hour later they insisted we order a large amount of food or they would kick us off the beach. They brought us the menu and I saw that the real price of water was 30 peso. I refused to order as I don't deal with scammers. Another server gave me my 10 peso back instinctively and kicked us off the beach. Terrible experience!...
