If you want to be robbed of €50 by the reception staff because they claim that this is the entrance fee and costs for the minimum consumption in the beach club, but then at the end of your stay no employee wants to remember it and it turns out that there is no such entrance fee, the supervisor claims "this is the first time this has happened" and only after half an hour of discussion does the receptionist admit that he has put the €50 in his own pocket, I definitly recommend to go to this beach club. In the end, the €50 wasn't even credited to us at the actual exchange rate, but as dollars. As a result, we even paid 200 pesos extra. Many thanks to the staff at the Beach Club for their...

Total rip off like all of Tulum. Food expensive and not good for the price. Service also. Called him like 15 times with the device, then went 3 times to look for him in the lobby.
