Bonita 99 — Restaurant in Dobrota

We ended up at this restaurant completely by accident — we were actually heading to Café del Mar, but due to the lack of available parking spots, we were led to this place instead. A man came out and very rudely told us that only guests could park there. We were aware of that and were already planning to eat at this restaurant. We explained this, but received the same rude response, telling us to move our car. Only after the third explanation did he finally understand us, and we barely managed to park.

We sat down, ordered food and drinks — everything was tasty, except for the mojito, which had to be redone twice, and in the end I had to cancel it. But my review isn’t really about that.

The restaurant itself looks very presentable, it’s clean, and the waiters are well-groomed — unlike their attitude. Their faces were completely expressionless, and there was no engagement with the guests whatsoever. As I understood it, the man who was rude to us in the parking lot was either the owner or the manager of the restaurant, which explains a lot.

In conclusion: no matter how beautiful the place is or how good the food may be, it’s the people who create the atmosphere. If you’re looking for warm, welcoming service — this is definitely not the...

We came to celebrate so ordered Cuba libre and Cosmopolitan coctails. Were expecting them to be tasty, with a decoration or something because in my view they were overpriced (9€ each). When waiter came with coctails, glasses were small, all wet and sticky, our bill was wet as well. The taste was horible - only alcohol. I mean, I understand that I did order coctail with ALCOHOL but I wanted to enjoy it. It was impossible, it looked like there were only alcohol in a glass. We didn’t drink any of them and went to the bar to tell that it’s impossible to drink. Were expecting them to change coctails - add more juice or whatever, or give our money back. The staff was rude, they started gossiping between each other about us “why order alcohol coctail if you don’t like alcohol” and thought that we don’t understand them. We payed for nothing, almost 20€ for the worst coctails in our lives. Would never come back to that horrible place.

Disappointing Pizza Experience

We recently dined here with high hopes for a delicious pizza experience in Kotor. This place fell far short of our expectations. The three pizzas we ordered were nothing short of disappointing.

Firstly, the crust was amateur-like made, was overcooked and tasted like it had been sitting out for too long. It was dry, hard, and lacked the freshness that is essential for a good pizza.

Moreover, the toppings were sparse, leaving us wondering if they had forgotten to put them on. The cheese, which should have been gooey and mouthwatering, was barely noticeable. All 3 of us got similarly poor pizzas.

To make matters worse, the overall flavor of the pizza was bland and unremarkable. It lacked the well-balanced combination of flavors and seasonings that you would expect from a decent pizza.

On top of the pizza disappointment, the service was also subpar. Waiters are not very friendly here.
