Sea Dog boat tours — Local services in Kotor

I do not recommend this tour company due to a serious lack of professionalism and poor customer care.

A day before our scheduled tour, I reached out multiple times with questions — no one responded.

On the day of the tour, we arrived at 11:57 AM (departure was at 12:00 PM). I informed the staff that my colleague was parking the car and would arrive within moments. The woman at the check-in counter was incredibly rude and dismissive. I explained there had been an accident on the road causing delays. Her exact words: “That happens all the time — not my problem.”

She refused to wait even a minute, and when my friend arrived moments later, we were told flatly: no refund, no rescheduling, no empathy — just an offer to pay again for the next boat.

Frustrated but still wanting to experience the tour, we paid again and showed up 20 minutes early for the next trip. Ironically, this time they did wait for other guests who were late, and we departed well after the scheduled time.

When I politely pointed out the double standard, the same staff member publicly accused me of “not telling the truth” in front of other passengers — completely unprofessional and humiliating behavior.

We were not late. We were treated with complete disregard. I strongly suggest finding a tour company that values basic decency, consistency, and...
