I went on 27 February 2024 around 18:30pm First of all, I want everyone to know that you wait 40 minutes for a simple snack. Terrible atmosphere that was totally disappointing. Especially the male waiters were rude, indifferent, disrespectful and treated badly. I have never received such bad, terrible customer service in my life. Only those who really want to waste their money can go. I also advise everyone to look at the bill carefully before paying. The male waiter tried to charge me €2.50 more. I warned him that the bill was wrong, he shouted at me, said you had to pay, he didn't even listen to my explanation, he didn't speak English anyway and I wanted to speak to their manager. The waiter interfered with me even in the presence of the manager, I do not understand how a waiter has the right to speak in the presence of the manager. It would be in this establishment's best interest to replace the horribly disrespectful male waiter. Trained waiters who know at least a little English and who are courteous to respectful customers should be trained urgently. The manager found me right and the male waiter continued to disrespect me. Terrible experience 0/5⭐️ I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the service was abysmal. The male waiter, who had little to no understanding of English, was extremely rude and disrespectful. He shouted at us when we tried to clarify our order, insisting that we had made a mistake.

We were made to wait for 50 minutes with no explanation or update on our food. When we tried to speak with another waitress, the same waiter aggressively interrupted and shouted at us again. The situation was so uncomfortable that we decided to leave without even eating.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable. The staff clearly need training in both manners and basic English to properly communicate with customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will certainly not...

I regret that I didn’t read the reviews before visiting this place. Got pretty hungry here, so ordered a pizza as a "quick" option (yeah, we were lucky with getting personnel attention, judging by previous reviews). Cafe load was ~10-15% with a lot of free tables but we have waited for 35 mins (sick!) observing how a local sitting near us, who has ordered 2 pizzas AFTER us, got them in 20 mins and passed away. Decided to wait a bit more - 5 mins.. 10 mins.. 15mins.. nothing. Probably, our pizza also took a break and went out for a walk.
