The kebab we wanted to order would take 40 minutes, so we decided to have chicken döner instead and waited 35 minutes. However, the food came completely burnt, tasteless, and unpleasant. When we asked for a replacement, they took it under the pretense of “changing it” and returned the same burnt food with even more sauce on top.
