Lupo di Mare — Restaurant in Podgorica

This restaurant is a real jem! My husband and I went there last night. We were greeted by very nice cerver Marko. Restaurant wals were very nicely decorated with a lot of different artifacts and it was very nice music playing. First we had fish soup, large portion and very tasty with peaces of fish(no bones).Warm bread with it. For second course we shared grilled octopus with smashed potatoes with spinach. Interesting combination and veery tasty. For dessert I wanted to try their ice cream. I'm an ice cream lover and like to taste ice cream in different places we travel. It was also exelent! Cherry ice cream had a lot of cherry peaces inside, not just flavor. We were really surprised that restaurant was not busy. Maybe bad weather, maybe Sunday evening, but we definitely recommend this restaurant for great food and very welcoming...

Restaurant specialised in fish. The service is friendly and they served us rather quickly. The octopus was cooked to perfection. They were friendly to let our kids share a pasta carbonara (and adjusted the pasta type). The shrimp cocktail had too much dressing and was lacking salad and tomatoes for my taste. The tuna Tatar was minced too fine (looked like cat food) and the flavour was ok but did not waw me. The Greek salad was fine. We would visit again, but would go with a cooked fish. In terms of prices, we paid around 76 eur. We had 2 cokes, 1 glass of local wine and 1 local beer along with our food. It was not the cheapest of menu items we ended up selecting, so overall ok pricing for this type of...

Pasta is truly some of the best I’ve had , got the special which was penne with tuna and mint. Perfectly cooked and a large portion especially for the price. Panna cotta with chocolate , nothing to say. Just delicious. As a solo traveler it’s hard to feel content with only one plate and wines by the glass but not here. A delicious house red and white (Syrah and Grillo) and it’s also a wine shop so I’m sure the bottle list is to die for. I would come back to this town just to come here again. +the service is incredible (precious kind and knowledgeable) and it’s a little bit off of the main drag so there’s still great people watching but feels relatively quiet and private even...
