I'm sharing my experiences with this place two straight nights in a row, last night and tonight, over delivery service "Glovo".

Last night I ordered their "Snack box sliders", whose main Ingredient are two hamburgers, yet they send me only one.

I write to them, letting them know their mistake and tonight I order 2 cheeseburgers, counting on them sending me an extra burger to make up for last night's shortcoming...

Not only did not make up for it, but it's stated that the cheeseburger weighs 390g each. It was clear visually that it can not even be close, so I put it on a measuring scale - 220g per burger.

So both burgers together weigh a bit more than it's stated that only one of them does.

So consider yourself lucky if you get half of the food you ordered and were hoping to receive, either because it's half the size of how much it says it is, or they will not even send you a part of what you ordered.

I am trying to be charitable by giving them 3 stars, because I did have a couple of positive experiences with this place in the past, so I'm hoping they will read this review and fix their mistakes, normally I would give them 2 stars and of course I will change my review for the worse if I order again and they continue to fail in providing fair service to me as a...

The quality of the food keeps getting worse. I’ll probably never eat at this place again, because Goodfellas is definitely no longer what it used to be. The last thing I ordered was the Mr. President flatbread sandwich, which used to be one of the best items on the menu, but what I received this time was inedible. The only thing that was even remotely okay was the bread itself. Everything else was, to put it mildly, awful. The chicken was tough and rubbery, and I honestly wonder if it was even properly cooked. They overloaded it with jalapeños, and the fries tasted like boiled potatoes. Not to mention, the bacon/pancetta was full of gristle.
