I had a really disappointing experience at Oh My Bun. The cashier messed up my order by typing it in wrong and gave me a more expensive burger than what I asked for. Instead of fixing the mistake, she tried to overcharge me and didn’t even apologize. When I asked to speak to the manager, they were just as rude and unhelpful—completely dismissive of the issue. Poor service.

Was charged once. Told it did not go through. Was told to pay again due to a “technical error”. Had to pay again to get my food. Only did this because my accommodation was near by and they assured me that if the money has not returned then i would get an instant refund. This did not happen.

Contacted bank and they confirm that i have been charged twice and nothing can be done.

I think anyone that criticizes the price never had shake shack because this is basically the same thing at more or less the same range price if not cheaper. The food is tasty, filling and the location is pretty cool.Great buns , patty and cheesy fries. I would rather have this than mcdonalds and I pay almost the same at the latter anyways. Definitely not a 3 stars at least a 4 stars to a 5 stars depending...
