DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DINE HERE IF IT'S FOR BUFFET SETTING...

Maybe if it's a regular day they will be better! "MAYBE"

I did not put any comment earlier since I believe 1 star is too much a score for the restaurant. If I could give a zero or negative score I would have but the resto had to comment as if it is our fault we got a traumatizing experience from their resto.

We are 9 people seated for a space enough for 6people.

Do not bother to book an appointment they will accomodate walk-ins even if they are at capacity no regards of the customers' comfort.

Food nothing special. I even said to myself I'll just enjoy dessert but to my surprise we just got those chocolate in small glass and only 2 of 9 people in our table got to have the cookie and cake bite size. Overall food is not worth the 255dhs per person for this buffet.

We opted to check the buffet table because it doesn't feel like the "VIP" table. We waited to be served but noone really listens.

Service: I think they are good people, knows their way on plates, carrying four at once but needs more training on customer service and service etiquette.

Please do not serve sushi if you will not provide the sauce. We got our sauce after all the sushis ran out.

Me and my friends (9 of us) decided to experience the first time the FTOUR this Ramadan, so we got advance booking with them and opted to have VIP service so that we will not have any issue on lining up with their Buffet..

Unfortunately, they put us on a table that is very crowded (good for 6 persons). it's so tight we are not able to enjoy our food as we are squeezing together in a linear seat supposed to accommodate only 3 persons on 1 side but we are 6 of us in there.. We ask the staff to give us more seats or relocate us on different table but nothin has been done..

We maybe expected too much from the beginning, but the restaurant should have not accepted our booking if they will just put us in a tight space just to have customers.. And considering it's a VIP service.

Overall we just enjoyed our time, food wise was also not satisfying and because we are not able to choose the food we want in the buffet as we are just waiting to be served by their staff.. Moreover the service was a total disappointment, although the atmosphere is nice maybe if we are not in a crowded space..

I hope they will not do the same to other customers in...
