During our recent stay near the hotel, we discovered "DALIA RICKS," a serene spot that promised a relaxing dining experience. However, our visit turned out to be a mixed experience.

Ambiance and Decor

The welcoming entrance, adorned with vibrant tiles and lush greenery, immediately caught our attention. Inside, the warm and inviting atmosphere was further enhanced by comfortable seating arrangements and thoughtfully curated decor. The interior design features a delightful blend of local art and traditional elements, creating a cozy and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Cuisine

For our dinner, we selected a Caesar salad and a variety of pizzas. Unfortunately, the Caesar salad was disappointing, lacking freshness and proper seasoning. The pizzas were slightly better but still fell short of expectations. They were acceptable but not particularly memorable.

Service

The service at "DALIA RICKS" was one of the highlights of our visit. The waiter at the door greeted us warmly and provided efficient and courteous assistance throughout our visit. Our order was prepared promptly, ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Overall, "DALIA RICKS" offers a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service, but the food quality was inconsistent. First of all, the food was amazing. Rearly do I eat this good, probably one of the best meals of my life. + It's very moderately priced, ate at restaurants for twice the price, and it wasn't as nearly as good.

Came here to eat lunch. Ate soups, beaf, chichen tagines, and chicken pastillia, was blowen away by all of them. Highly recommend all of them. It was so good we came here for brunch the next day and it did not disappoint again. It was magical.

The service was incredible, took care of everything, were super polite, and made the experience even better.

All in all, 11/10, the best thing during my stay...

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I was served a plate of food that was clearly rotten the smell and taste were awful. When I politely asked the staff to replace it, they refused and told me they “don’t do that.” I was honestly shocked by how rude and unprofessional the staff were.

A restaurant should at least show basic respect to its customers and care about the quality of the food they serve. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I definitely do not recommend this place, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their food quality and...
