There was no food when we went - maybe an off day, maybe too early in the day, around 1pm - but the atmosphere was so nice we stayed for a coffee. You to be a little proactive about ordering, but the drinks arrived quickly and the server was friendly. The cat is very sweet and laid on my lap the whole time. Beautiful rooftop hideaway for a great coffee or tea away from the busy streets of Tangier. With the great shade, fun colours, and plants it really feels like a mini oasis in the city. The service is fantastic and the music was great. Just beware the stairs to get up are a bit steep, but it's...

My most favourite café ever in Tangier. Its visual beauty and modesty made me to come back each time there and bring all my friends to share this location. As long as most of my friends were bloggers and photographs, so Tangier Moments impressed them a lot. And their cat is an important welcoming part as well.

Ils ont une terrasse tout en haut (2e etage) qui est très joliment décorée. Une fois installée, je m'attendais à ce qu'on m'apporte la carte mais bon je voulais juste prendre un thé donc c'est pas trop grave. Il y a des oiseaux en cage qui chantent et un peu de musique d'ambiance qui n'est pas trop forte et qui masque le bruits des enfants qui jouent dans l'immeuble d'en face. Il y a un chat "moulay" qui se balade partout et qui vient même s'installer sur vos genoux en réclamant des caresses. Il ne m'a pas lâché jusqu'à ce qu'on m'apporte mon thé. Ça m'a fait pensé au café aux chats sur paris où des chats domestiqués sont en liberté. C'est très agréable vu que j'aime les chats. Au 1e étage il y a un espace destiné aux rencontres culturelles.
