After visiting a local market and seeing some... let's say, "interesting" things, for the first time, we decided to look for a restaurant highly recommended by tourists, a place visited by people from all over the world. Kebdani Restaurant had the best reviews on Tripadvisor, and I must confirm – they’re well-deserved! The restaurant has a wonderful Moroccan atmosphere; you feel it the moment you step inside. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. We were offered four different appetizers to try – completely free of charge! The dishes we ordered arrived quickly and were absolutely delicious. To top it all off, the waiter told us we couldn't leave without enjoying a cup of traditional Moroccan mint tea and their local pastries – also free! The prices on the menu are incredibly low considering the quality and hospitality. Highly recommend this place to all tourists...
Read moreWhat an amazing place to try the Moroccan cuisine!!! We chose it according to reviews and we couldn't do any better. It was our first time in Morocco and we wanted to try as much from the traditional dishes their cuisine has to offer. We had a Moroccan salad, a pastilla with chicken ( this was a bit sweet for our taste because it had raisins and powder sugar on top but it was quite tasty), then we had a traditional couscous with vegetables (Amazing!!), a kefte skewer and of course a tangine with lamp. I have to say that everything was super tasty, especially the couscous and the tsngine lamp!! With all these, water and a couple coca colas we paid only 40 Euros!! The atmosphere is really great and traditional and of course the staff really kind and quick!! If you ever find yourself in Tangier, pass by this amazing...

Enjoy their Moroccan bread and small dishes of olives, spicy salsa and lentils, on the house! Their generously portioned couscous dishes are spectacular, with sweet onions, vegetables and slow cooked chicken. And their Tajin is not to be missed, albeit slightly smaller and not served in a traditional plate, still packed full of flavour and accompanied with a variety of sweet dried fruits like apricot, fogs and prunes, paired well with couscous and bread. We would recommend their mint tea for a palette cleanser. Overall very reasonably priced and great portion sizes, 130 dirham + tip, and we left stuffed with smiles...
