Rooftop Restaurant — Restaurant in caïdat de Taghazout

Unfortanly the Service is really bad even tough the views and live music is nice. But the staff is absolutly terrible. You have to pay first to enter the rooftop (Ticket for concert and food is 200 dirrham). After i waited for 45 min i didnt get even a menu. In total there were 7 people not a single one got served in that time, only the 2 girls next to my table got some food, while all other guest were ignored. The waiter didnt do anything, i still had food leftovers from the previous guest on the table when i left wich is super disgusting, at least clean the tables if you dont even do anything else. Can not recommend this place, there are way better restaurants arround where you get served way faster and with friendly staff. Cant really say something about the food since i didnt get any before i left for a better restaurant. Bad experience for...

I wanted an order to-go and my friend walked inside to place the order for me. The menu states omelettes - plural. He was asking how many were included. The worker told him he didn’t know and told my friend to ask the chef. But when the chef walked by, the worker asked for him. The chef insulted my friend in a Tamazigh dialect, not knowing my friend was also Amazigh. The issue I have with the establishment is that these people are insulting the customers in a dialect in which even some Moroccans cannot understand, and they’re doing it with the intention to disrespect patrons. I don’t advise doing business with this restaurant or the khara working for them. They’re bad people who lack professionalism and morals. Terrible customer service. I advise...

NEVER COME HERE. We had to wait a whole hour for them to bring our food (we were 3 people and it wasn't rush hour), and I wished they never brought it cause that food is the most disgusting thing I've ever put in my mouth. The pasta was overcooked, watery, and BLAND, plus the tomato they used was ROTTEN. The only redeeming quality is the view but even that doesn't fix the disastrous lunch I had. I wish I could give a lower score than one star but alas.
