The People Beldi — Restaurant in Essaouira

Absolutely love this place! You will have to look for it as it is tucked in a little street. One easy way to find it, is that when you see the Taberna Bolognese sign. It’s right next to it. Anyway it’s a great place for lunch or dinner! Good price!

This spot is easily one of the most delicious food in the Medina! I really love the Lamb Tagine. I’ve ordered it a few times. We’ve had the chicken too. So far every dish we have had here is delicious. Everyone is super sweet and lovely people.

Abdolwahbe who served us is such a pleasant and kind person. My little baby also loves him! Thanks so much for making our stay in Essaouira even better!

Came across this small restaurant just off a main shopping alley. Only a couple of tables outside. Food was delicious, definitely try the crevettes pil pil, super tasty, and the lamb with almonds and prune tagine, equally savoury and moreish. Great olive appetisers with a spicy chilli paste.
