We were stunned at first glance, the restaurant looked small but cozy, neglected decoration but romantic lighting. The waiter seemed nice but didn't let us choose our seat (too far from the kitchen maybe) It's one of those restaurants where you have to scan a QR code for the menu (cheesy). We made our order only for the waiter to come back and tell us that some dishes were not available (we asked for the restaurant speciality 🤦🏻♀️) Anyway, we asked for a three course meal that was poorly presented with unappealing side dishes but we remained civilized and nice with staff. At one point we saw smoke coming from the kitchen and felt like we were suffocating, "luckily" they turned on the suction hood few minutes before we lost consciousness 🙂 I'm a mother of two and was going out with my husband but the remarks that we heard about us were kinda disgusting... grow up people! Read moreWe went there around 3pm on Saturday and it was empty not even with a waiter. We yelled and a man in t-shirt came out from the back. We asked if we can eat, he hesitated a bit and said yes. Before giving us menus, he stepped out to make a phone call. It turned out he was the celebrated Chef returned from France, and they were preparing for a full house for the evening and his staff were sent out doing errands so he had to call one back. The restaurant is very specialised in duck dishes. We ordered a confit de canard, and a menu of the day which was a steak, a fois gras salade plus a dessert.
